Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Icelandic wool care labels and brand tags remain intact.

  Ship to Iceland

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the returned garment, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
